2006年10月，中芝软件系统(上海)有限公司和汉王科技签署战略合作框架协议，东芝将在32位MCU嵌入式系统中集成汉王尖端中文手写识别科技，凭借双方技术上的优势及高知名度，共同推进全球电子学习机（ELA）市场。
东芝半导体是全球领先的半导体提供商，一直致力于开发、研制和生产高品质的半导体产品，以高效能MCU进入全球ELA市场已经多年，具备成熟软硬件解决方案及标准开发平台，在全球享有高知名度。而汉王科技在致力于中文手写识别科技的过程中积累了丰富的经验，其手写识别科技拥有多项国际领先的核心技术和自主知识产权，全面引导中国人工作、生活的数字化与智能化。双方的合作将各自软、硬件的技术和经验优势有效的结合起来，起到了优势互补的作用;通过双方的强强联手，将为客户提供更加专业的服务和超值完美的解决方案，给全球ELA生产商带来更大的利益。

对于此次战略合作，双方高层都非常重视，并非常看好合作前景。东芝半导体与汉王高层均表示，双方战略合作目前只是一个开端，随着在ELA市场的深入合作，两个公司必将整合各自的优势资源，全力为全球ELA生产商提供优秀的整体解决方案，并将该合作延伸到其他领域。

In Oct.2006, TOLS Software
System Engineering (Shanghai) Co., LTD.
and HANWANG Technology Co., LTD. signed
the strategy cooperation agreement. HANWANG
agrees to have its Chinese HWR resources
implemented on the platform of TOSHIBA's
32bit MCU system, to promote to global ELA
market together.
As a world-leading and
famous semiconductor vendor, TOLS concentrates
on research, development and manufacture
of high quality semiconductor product, and
has entered global ELA/E-dictionary market
for many years by high performance MCU,
and has reliable software and hardware solution
and standard development platform. As the
most famous Chinese hand writing recognition
technology vendor, HANWANG concentrates
on hand writing recognition technology for
long time and achieved plenty of experience,
and many kinds of world-leading core technology
and independent knowledge property right.The
cooperation combines the advantage of technical
resource in both software and hardware and
experience of both parties, compensating
the advantage each other.If such cooperation
in connection with MCU demonstration system
gains business success in the ELA field,
both Parties will further cooperate in other
fields. By this Win-Win cooperation, we
will provide customers more professional
service and completed solution, to benefit

As the branch company
of TOLS in China, TOLS Software System Engineering
(Shanghai) Co., LTD(TLSH) will take the
responsibility to implement this technical
cooperation with HANWANG. According to ELA/E-dictionary
market, TLSH has already developed the reliable
software solution and standard platform
based on Toshiba MCU embedded system, and
has high-level support ability and plenty
of support experience.
Both TOLS and HANWANG
attached much importance on this strategy
cooperation. The high level leaders of both
